Too often, we allow negative thoughts to discourage us from getting what's best for us. They creep into our thoughts and try to defeat us. Negativity is usually a manifestation of fear and insecurity. Replace the negativity with positive affirmations. You CAN and you WILL reach your goals. You are stronger than any insecurity!
