Meal Prep Party Shopping List!
6 large fresh skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 bunch of Asparagus
1 bag of fresh leaf Spinach
2 large Peppers (yellow/red)
1 red onion
1 - 16 oz package of grape or cherry tomatoes
1 box of parboiled Brown Rice, (instant rice – box says cooks in 10 minutes)
1 can of cooked black beans
1 large cucumber
1 Small jar/can of sliced olives
Lime
Lemon
1 bunch fresh Cilantro
A few Basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Cooking spray
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Mexican/chipotle Chili powder
Cumin
4 oz Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Coconut oil (optional)
Items needed:
Stovetop and oven
Large Pan or Griddle
2 pots with lids
Sheet pan
Measuring cups and spoons
Food scale
Large Bowl (for scraps)
1 large plate or dish
2 large ziplock bags
Spatula/tongs/fork
Knife
Plastic cutting board
6 - meal sized containers with lids (all the same)
